The moment I saw this deviation I absolutely fell in love with it. Your drawing technique is great, the anatomy seems just right and the artline is clean. The colors you picked blend graciously and it gives a great effect and atmosphere to the picture. You're coloring and shading style is also quite perfect, although I find it a bit weird in the dragon's head, maybe missing some shadows?
Now about the details, the expression of his face is absolutely stunning, even being bathed in blood he seems so relaxed, the spikes and chains hin his chest add a more dramatic effect and I love the pattern in his elbow. The fingers look just right with those little claws and the hands are really well done. The dragon's head behind him completes this image perfectly.
